Winter is all about cauliflower. Some days it's potato-cauliflower fry, sometimes cauliflower curry with fish, or dalna being cooked. In some households, cauliflower appears on the plate twice a day – lunch and dinner. But how long will you keep eating the same familiar preparations of this vegetable? Sometimes the mind craves a change of taste. So this season, make pepper cauliflower. The spicy pepper cauliflower will change the taste in your mouth during the cold weather. If you have a cold and cough, it will also restore the taste in your mouth.

Easy Recipe for Pepper Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower, 1 capsicum, 1 bay leaf, 1 inch ginger, 5-6 green chilies, 4 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon kasoori methi, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 cinnamon stick, 3-4 cloves, 1 small cardamom, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 tablespoons whole black pepper, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon ghee, 2 spoons white oil and salt to taste.
Method
Soak green chilies, ginger, cumin, coriander in a little water. Then grind them with whole black pepper, cloves, cinnamon. Mix yogurt and salt with it. Before adding yogurt, beat it well.
Meanwhile, cut cauliflower and capsicum into pieces. Steam the cauliflower lightly in hot water. Then fry it lightly with salt in white oil.

In the same oil, temper whole hot spices, bay leaf and whole black pepper. Then pour the yogurt mixture into it. Cook the gravy well, then mix in the fried cauliflower and capsicum. Cover and cook for some time.
When oil starts separating from the pan, sprinkle ghee and kasoori methi in it. Cover and keep for another two minutes, then remove. Serve the pepper cauliflower with roti or paratha.
