Airline IndiGo is grappling with multiple problems, including technical issues and staff shortages. Many flights are being cancelled across the country. As a result, many passengers are facing problems. Passengers are being troubled by flight issues while going to work, for medical treatment, or while travelling. Passengers have to pay double or sometimes triple fares when taking flights on other airlines. But this time, a completely different scene was witnessed.

A person named Ayush Kuchhwaha posted a video on his X handle, although now deleted. The video showed passengers waiting at the airport before boarding the flight. The video posted on December 3 shows anxious passengers. Among them, one passenger can be seen talking to his office boss. He won't be able to reach the office on time due to the flight disruption. He was requesting that his job not be lost while informing them about this.
In the same video, another person can be seen saying that the authorities have informed that the flight has been cancelled due to the pilot's absence. But no information has been given to them about when the next flight will depart. In his post, Ayush wrote that no clear guidelines have been given by the airport authorities. All passengers have faced severe problems due to the sudden flight cancellation. The poster has sought a quick resolution of this problem.
Ayush's video has spread on social media. Many have appealed to quickly rescue passengers from this problem. Many have said they will also help passengers through personal initiatives if they face problems.

Incidentally, IndiGo, one of India's major airlines, has been grappling with problems for several days. The company is failing to provide flight services due to an inadequate number of staff compared to requirements and technical problems. Recently, the civil aviation regulator DGCA issued a guideline. It mentioned new work rules for aircraft pilots. And since then, flights have been cancelled one after another by IndiGo. On Thursday, 550 flights of the company were cancelled across the country. On Friday, too, nearly 700 flights were cancelled. IndiGo has informed the civil aviation regulator DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) that all problems will be resolved and flight services will be normalised by February 10.
