Joint families are breaking apart, giving birth to nuclear families. Mutual bonds are becoming loose. On top of that, relationships are gradually becoming digitized due to the one-sided dominance of information technology. No one can remain free from this trend. In this situation, Burdwan Shriramkrishna Saradapith High School took the initiative for 'Sanyog 2025'. An innovative program to unite everyone from students to teachers and staff.
Students and teachers come together on a grand stage
On Wednesday, at the Acharya Satyendranath Bose stage, boys and girls from primary and high schools were present at this program with various types of models. Government officials were also present. The anchor, school teacher Manab Bandyopadhyay, said, “We want them as our own children, we want to stand by them in any kind of problem. This connection program is for that purpose. We want to mix with them like children, without giving importance to which educational institution these students came from.”

Government officials praise the effort
Apart from the head teachers of 8 primary schools and 4 high schools in Burdwan city, other teachers were present at the program. Paushali Bandyopadhyay, an official from the District Sarva Shiksha Mission, came. In her words, 'I have been in the district for so long, I am proud that such a program is happening." She added, "This school showed that work can be done this way outside the government sphere."
The problem of the decreasing number of students in various schools or the tendency of students not going to any educational institution exists in almost all schools in the city. Shriramkrishna Saradapith High School identified those schools a year ago and started the connection journey. It has gradually started walking on the path of success. District School Inspector Debabrata Pal said, "This school has shown that a lot can be done if there is only will and initiative. The message of what this institution's goal is has become clear to others as well. There can be no greater connection than this."

Executive Officer of the Education Department of East Burdwan District Panchayat, Shantanu Koar, said, “After entering Burdwan Shriramkrishna Saradapith High School, if you look from the walls to the boards, it becomes clear what they want. You cannot love someone this way unless the purpose is noble.” On this day, the school's teachers welcomed the guests who came to the school. School teachers Anita Ghosh and Sunanda Vishnu handed flower bouquets made by the school's own students with various materials to the guests.
AI technology highlights positive change
The school's head teacher, Lakshmikanta Das, highlighted the positive aspects of AI technology through a slide show. He said, 'The connection journey started a year ago, intending to present various negative issues as positive through continuous review. If there are no students in educational institutions, we have no value. Whom will we teach? We have progressed a little. We have to move forward with everyone. We have to find solutions to any problem.'
