If your form has not been uploaded, no confirmation message will appear, and instead, a fresh enumeration form may open for you to fill out. In case the information displayed seems incorrect—such as an unfamiliar mobile number or a “submitted” status when you haven’t submitted anything—you should get in touch with your BLO right away.
