The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode will release the provincial answer keys for the Common Admission Test (CAT) today. The exam for MBA programs at the prestigious institutes of IIM was conducted on November 30. When the CAT answer key is released, the candidates can access it from the official website of CAT, which is iimcat.ac.in. The candidates will also be allowed to raise objections. The candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official CAT website for further updates.
CAT 2025
The Common Admission Test (CAT) was held at 339 test centres, which are spread across 170 cities in India. There was a total of 2.95 lakhs candidates who sat for the examination to get into the various MBA programs of the prestigious institutes of IIMs across the country. The reported overall attendance was approximately 86 %.

Two IIMs leave CAP
IIM Sambhalpur and IIM Raipur had quit from the Common Admission Process (CAP) last year. The CAP is a centralised system which is used by the third-generation IIMs to shortlist and interview candidates for the MBA and PGP programs. There were a total of 10 institutes which opted for the CAP system, which includes IIMs in Jammu, Bodhgaya, Kashipur, Ranchi, Sambalpur, Sirmaur, Trichy, Nagpur, and Udaipur. Both IIM Sambalpur and IIM Raipur opted out this year.
The previous year witnessed a total of 2.93 lakh candidates appearing for this prestigious examination. The number comprised of 107,0000 female candidates, 186,000 male candidates and 5 transgender candidates. The CAT exam was held on November 24 last year, the provincial answer keys were released on December 3, followed by the final answer keys on December 17.
