Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor posted her fans into a frenzy on Thursday as she announced her second pregnancy. Sharing an emotional post on Instagram, the actress posed cradling her baby bump in a striking hot-pink wool suit featuring oversized padded shoulders and a softly curving shoulder line. Needless to say, she captioned the photo with "MOTHER."
Rumours confirmed after months of speculation
Speculation had been circulating since October that Sonam was pregnant with her second child, with some reports claiming that she was well into her second trimester. The Instagram post has finally laid those rumours to rest as fans and husband Anand Ahuja rejoice at the good news.

Her career
Daughter of actor Anil Kapoor, Sonam started off behind the camera but made her acting debut in Saawariya. Other films in her repertoire have been I Hate Luv Storys, Raanjhanaa, Neerja, Veere Di Wedding among others. She most recently appeared in the 2023 crime thriller Blind which was a remake of a Korean movie, where she starred along with Purab Kohli and Lillete Dubey.
