Deadline approaching for 166 MSME jobs at Bank of Baroda; apply by February 26

If you have experience in banking, credit processing, or as an analyst with RBI-approved rating agencies, this could be your opportunity to join a top public sector bank.

Bank of Baroda has issued a fresh recruitment notification inviting applications from experienced banking professionals for roles in its MSME Banking department. The drive is aimed at filling 166 vacancies across India, offering permanent officer-level positions with full public sector bank benefits. The last date to apply is February 26, and applications must be submitted through the bank's official website.

Positions on offer

The recruitment covers three roles:

Senior Manager-MSME Relationship (113 posts)

Candidates should be graduates with at least eight years of banking experience, including four years in credit processing or loan sales. Preference is given to those with MBA/PGDM degrees in Finance, Marketing, Sales or Banking, and experience in MSME lending.

Senior Manager-Credit Analyst (19 posts)

Applicants must be graduates with six years of credit processing experience in banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions. CA or CMA candidates require five years instead of six. Experience with RBI-approved rating agencies is also accepted. Applicants should be between 29 and 37 years as on February 1, 2026 to apply.

Manager-Credit Analyst (34 posts)

This role is for professionals with a minimum of three years of relevant credit experience. CA or CMA candidates need only two years. Finance-focused MBA or PGDM qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. Applicants must be between 25 and 34 years as on February 1, 2026 to apply.

Reservation and age relaxation

The bank has followed government reservation norms across SC, ST, OBC, EWS, General and Persons with Disabilities categories. For Scheduled Caste candidates, there are 47 vacancies. Scheduled Tribe candidates have 27 vacancies. Other Backward Classes have 49 vacancies. Economically Weaker Sections have 37 vacancies. The Unreserved or General category has 6 vacancies.

For Persons with Disabilities, there are 16 vacancies. This includes 4 for Orthopedically Challenged, 5 for Hearing Impaired, 4 for Visually Impaired, and 3 for Intellectually Disabled candidates.

Fees and salary structure

Application fees is Rs 850 plus GST for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, and Rs 175 plus GST for SC, ST, PWD, Ex-Servicemen, and women applicants. Payments can be made online through cards, net banking, or UPI.

The basic pay for Manager (MMG Scale II) starts at Rs 64,820, while Senior Manager (MMG Scale III) begins at Rs 85,920, with additional allowances such as DA, HRA, medical benefits and concessional loans.

Selection process

Selection may include application screening, an online test if conducted, a psychometric assessment, followed by group discussion and personal interview. Shortlisting will depend on qualifications, domain experience and internal criteria set by the bank.
