Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released the notification for its Apprentice Recruitment 2026, where applications are invited for 5,138 apprentice vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website pnb.bank.in. The online application process will start from February 8, 2026, and will continue until February 24, 2026.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university or college, as approved by government authorities, AICTE, or UGC. The result of the qualifying examination should have been declared on or before December 31, 2025.

Regarding the age criteria, the candidate should not be less than 20 years and should not be more than 28 years as of January 1, 2026. This implies that the candidate should have been born not earlier than January 2, 1998, and not later than January 1, 2006.
Selection process
The selection process involves a written examination conducted online, document verification, a regional language test, and a medical examination. The written examination consists of 100 questions amounting to 100 marks, to be answered within 60 minutes. The test is conducted in Hindi and English.

Application fee
The application fee is ₹944 for male candidates belonging to General, OBC, or EWS categories, whereas it is ₹708 for female candidates, and ₹236 applies to SC/ST/PwBD and transgender candidates."
