Has moisture returned but lost its glow? Apply these 2 homemade scrubs on dry skin

Natural homemade face scrubs using ingredients like coffee, coconut oil, oats, and honey can combat winter dryness, enhance glow, and improve skin health.

Dry skin problems in winter are nothing new. But this time the problem has increased further due to pollution becoming an accomplice. Even after applying oil and cream, the dryness cannot be avoided. Not only that, but the dryness has also taken away the skin's glow. The natural radiance has been lost. To solve this problem, just washing the face with cleanser won't work. Face scrub must also be used regularly.

Nowadays, the use of acid-based exfoliators has increased. This easily cleans the layer of dead cells from the skin. But to increase the skin's glow, granular scrubs must be used. However, not commercial scrubs. These make the skin rough and can cause rashes. So make face scrubs at home with natural ingredients. Face scrubs not only clean dead cells but also increase blood circulation in the skin and enhance the skin's glow.

Coffee and Coconut Oil Scrub

The antioxidants in coffee exfoliate the skin and prevent wrinkles. Coconut oil provides moisture to the skin and reduces inflammation. You can use coffee and coconut oil scrub to keep skin soft and bright.

Mix 1 tablespoon of coffee powder with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Apply this mixture to the skin and massage in circular motions. After scrubbing for 2-3 minutes, wash your face with lukewarm water. Don't apply too much pressure on the skin.

Oats and Honey Scrub

Oats work wonderfully for caring for dry and sensitive skin. Oats exfoliate the skin and keep it soft. On the other hand, honey also retains skin moisture and maintains skin inflammation. Honey contains antibacterial components that prevent multiple skin problems.

Take 2 tablespoons of oats. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of raw milk with it. Apply this mixture to the skin. After ten minutes, gently scrub and wash your face. Using this scrub once a week will reduce skin irritation, dryness and rash problems. Along with that, the skin's glow will increase.
