CAB announces Eden Gardens ticket prices for ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 matches

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is set to begin on February 7th. Before that, the Cricket Association of Bengal had announced the ticket prices for the matches at Eden Gardens. On December 11th, the ICC announced that tickets for the 2026 World Cup are now available for purchase.

This year's T20 World Cup will be held in India and Sri Lanka, with a total of 20 teams participating, just like the previous tournament. With the evolving playing style and the changing nature of T20 cricket worldwide, this year's World Cup promises to be one of the most exciting yet.

As per ESPN Cricinfo ICC CEO Sanjog Gupta said about the release of phase 1 ticket, “ Phase I of ticket sales is an important milestone in our journey towards delivering the most accessible and global ICC event ever staged, Our vision for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026 is clear: every fan, regardless of background, geography or financial means, should have the chance to access an in-stadia experience of world-class marquee cricket.”

Ticket price in Eden Gardens

On Wednesday, the cricket association of Bengal announced the ticket prices for different categories. For Bangladesh vs Italy, England vs Italy and West Indies vs Italy, prices range from ₹100 in Upper Blocks to ₹4,000 for Premium Hospitality. For West Indies vs Bangladesh and England vs Bangladesh, tickets start at ₹300 and go up to ₹5,000. Prices peak for the Super 8 matches and the semi-final, with Upper Block tickets at ₹900 and Premium Hospitality seats costing ₹10,000.

For Bangladesh vs Italy, England vs Italy and WI vs Italy, the ticket prices will be

Premium Hospitality (B Premium): Rs. 4000

Lower Block (B & L): Rs. 1000

Lower Block (C, F & K): Rs. 200

Lower Block (D, E, G, H & J): Rs. 200

Upper Block (B1, C1, D1, F1, G1, H1, K1, L1): Rs. 100

For the matches of WI vs Bangladesh and England vs Bangladesh, the ticket prices will be

Premium Hospitality (B Premium): Rs. 5000

Lower Block (B & L): Rs. 1500

Lower Block (C, F & K): Rs. 1000

Lower Block (D, E, G, H & J): Rs. 500

Upper Block (B1, C1, D1, F1, G1, H1, K1, L1): Rs. 300

For Super 8 matches and the semi-final, the ticket prices will be

Premium Hospitality (B Premium): Rs. 10,000

Lower Block (B & L): Rs. 3000

Lower Block (C, F & K): Rs. 2500

Lower Block (D, E, G, H & J): Rs. 1500

Upper Block (B1, C1, D1, F1, G1, H1, K1, L1): Rs. 900

Where to buy the tickets?

The phase 1 tickets for the World Cup are starting from INR 100 (LRK 1000, USD 3.2) for some venues in India. The ICC also confirmed that the dates for phase two of the ticket sales will be announced soon. Tickets are available at tickets.cricketworldcup.com
