Online reactions highlighted Rohit’s courtesy and his commitment to fitness, even off the field.

India went on to recover from an early batting wobble in the match, posting 161/9 with Suryakumar Yadav’s unbeaten 84, before restricting the USA to 132/8 to register a 29-run victory.
