The story of death over
When, Arshdeep Singh ended his last over conceding 16 runs, Wankhede felt the silence but Bumrah changed the story. Holding all the spikes, tensions, emotions and nerves, Bumrah reignited fire and only conceded 6 runs in the 18th over and put England back into pressure. Bumrah is one of the finest bowlers in death overs, but what made the main difference was Hardik Pandya’s over, conceding six in the first ball then the way he changed the story and ended the over with a wicket and 9 runs it is more than commanding. The rhythm of English batters struck a discord. Giving only 15 runs in two overs when 45 runs were needed,it is difficult but Indian bowlers pulled off the task and march into the finals.
