The football greats Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez have arrived in Jamnagar in the middle of tight security arrangements. The footage captured by ANI shows the football icons travelling in a heavily secured convoy.
Messi's visit to Vantara
Anant Ambani is going to host Messi, Suárez and other members of the touring team at Vantara. Vantara is the wildlife rescue and conservation centre located close to Jamnagar. This update arose shortly after the end of a major event that was held in New Delhi as a programme of the ongoing GOAT Tour of India.

Delhi event and key interactions
Messi’s arrival in Delhi marked another memorable chapter in his India tour. The Argentine great shared the stage with ICC Chairman Jay Shah, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and DDCA President Rohan Jaitley at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. The ICC Chairman Jay Shah presented Indian cricket team jerseys to Messi, Suárez and Rodrigo De Paul with their respective squad numbers.

Messi took part in several events across the metro cities of Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai before arriving in Delhi. However, the Kolkata leg of the GOAT Tour underwent chaotic scenes at the Salt Lake Stadium due to reported crowd mismanagement and other reasons. Messi’s tour has continued to attract significant attention, and his arrival in Jamnagar once again put the spotlight on his historic visit to India.
