After the intense chaos in Kolkata and the subsequent successful event in Hyderabad, Lionel Messi's G.O.A.T. India Tour is all set to arrive in Mumbai today. The Argentine football star, along with Inter Miami teammates Rodrigo De Paul and Uruguayan footballer Luis Suarez, will be present at the Wankhede Stadium today, December 14.
Here's what the Mumbai G.O.A.T. Tour itinerary looks like:
The event at Wankhede Stadium is scheduled to begin at 5 PM. The gates of the stadium are expected to be opened at around 1:15 PM. A local DJ will commence the initial cultural program preceding the main event, after which the renowned DJ Chetas will take the baton and entertain the crowd, as people fill up the stands of the stadium, reported The Indian Express.
At around 4:30 PM, Lionel Messi, along with Suarez and De Paul will take part in the Padel G.O.A.T. Cup at the Cricket Club of India (CCI). Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and 'Badshah' Shah Rukh Khan are expected to be present at the Padel event, NDTV Sports reported.
A 7 vs 7 exhibition football match will start at 5 PM at the Wankhede Stadium, in which Bollywood celebrities are going to take part.

When will Messi arrive at Wankhede?
Soon after the exhibition match, Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Rodrigo De Paul are scheduled to enter Wankhede Stadium at around 5:35 PM. After a photo opportunity with celebrities, Messi is expected to participate in a penalty kicks event. Bollywood actors John Abraham, Jackie Shroff, and Kareena Kapoor Khan are expected to be present on the pitch, The Indian Express reported.
Messi is set to take a lap of the ground before Indian Football Team captain Sunil Chhetri and Sachin Tendulkar will join him for a brief cricket bat-and-football exchange.
Messi will be subsequently felicitated by dignitaries, including representatives of the Mumbai Cricket Association. Before the event ends at 7 PM, Lionel Messi will award the G.O.A.T. Cup to the winning all-star team and say a few words.
The G.O.A.T. Football Clinic
As a part of the Maharashtra government's Project Mahadeva initiative, Lionel Messi will interact with 60 children - 30 girls and 30 boys - and participate in the G.O.A.T. Football Clinic. This session is said to last for 30 minutes, between 6 and 6:30 PM. Project Mahadeva is a government initiative undertaken by the Maharashtra state to identify and nurture young football talents from a tender age.
