Some names belong to those who did not fill out the enumeration forms. Subrata said, "The names of these 58 lakh people will not be in the draft voter list. Additionally, there are 30 lakh people who could not establish any connection with the 2002 voter list. They will be called for hearings. They will get the opportunity to present appropriate information. After the hearing, it will be decided whether their names will remain or not."
