The Sebaashray-2 health camp, initiated by Abhishek Banerjee, has provided healthcare services to 1 lakh 40 thousand people in three weeks. The Sebaashray-2 camp started on December 1 from Mahestala assembly constituency and concluded on Sunday at Budge Budge assembly constituency.
Over the past three weeks, health examinations were conducted for 1 lakh 40 thousand people across three assembly constituencies. The Sebaashray-2 camp is set to begin at Bishnupur assembly constituency from today, Monday. A total of 34 camps were held in Budge Budge assembly constituency. On the final day of Sebashroy-2 in Budge Budge, health examinations were conducted for more than 9 thousand people. In Budge Budge assembly constituency alone, health examinations were conducted for more than 54 thousand people over seven days.

Free diagnostic tests were conducted for more than 27 thousand people. During these 21 days across the three assembly constituencies, treatments ranged from accident victims to cataract surgeries for elderly people. At an eye hospital, cataract surgeries were performed on 13 elderly persons from Mahestala.
Abhishek posted pictures of these elderly people on his X handle. Many patients were referred elsewhere for advanced treatment. Following the health examinations of 1 lakh 40 thousand people in this short period, Abhishek wrote on his X handle on Sunday, "This initiative believes in the principle that serving people is not symbolic but fulfilling responsibility with good intentions." After Bishnupur assembly constituency, the Sebashroy-2 camp will begin at Satgachia assembly constituency.
