Referring to Kirk’s killing, Musk added, “It has reinforced the severity of the situation, where life is on hardcore mode. You make one mistake, you’re dead. It only takes one mistake.”
Musk did not provide additional details about any changes to his security arrangements but made it clear that public outings have become a significant risk.
Dave Portnoy also voices safety concerns
Musk is not the only public figure expressing heightened concerns after Kirk’s death. As per a brobible report, Last month, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy said he had taken extra precautions as well.
In a conversation about online threats and rising tensions, Portnoy said, “I’m far more aware of it. For the first time ever, I had security at my house, like 24/7.”

He added that online harassment and trolling had escalated: “You start getting these yahoos on social media… they start talking about me, mention my name. They’ll open the floodgates on just lunatics, and it only takes one,” the report stated.
