A 26-year-old science teacher at Donna Klein Jewish Academy, Boca Raton, Florida, has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing one of his students after grooming her via Google Docs. The suspect, identified as Elias Gordon Farley (26), was taken into custody after a student reported bruises and bite marks allegedly inflicted by Farley.
Student shows bite marks to art teacher
According to a report by the Daily Star, the minor approached an art teacher and stated that the bruises and bite marks were caused by her science teacher. The art teacher then informed school authorities the next day, following which Farley was detained.

Farley, investigators say, is accused of grooming the student using Google Docs and initiating a sexual relationship with her at his home, his office, and inside a classroom. He has refused to speak to investigators.
Google Docs used for communication and planning private meetings
As per the report by Latestly, the school said it was cooperating with investigators and that this is a "difficult time.” Farley was suspended, and the matter was reported to child welfare services.
Investigators said the accused used Google Docs to communicate with the student, sharing a link so they could exchange messages. The teenager said in her statement that the two began talking last school year, continuing over the summer through Google Docs.
Investigators also said it included sexually explicit content and listed plans for "when and where" the teacher and student could meet privately. The relationship became physical in September, which later escalated to oral sex and intercourse in October, according to the affidavit, which led to sexual acts in Farley's office and classroom.

Search warrant supports student’s account
The student told police she had been to Farley’s apartment twice last month while his roommate was out of town. A search warrant corroborated the student’s account, with detectives recovering bedding, used condom wrappers and furniture consistent with what she described.
School surveillance footage also showed Farley and the student entering his office together and staying inside for an hour early last month.
Farley was booked into the Palm Beach County Main Detention Center on Dec. 4 and is being held on a $500,000 bond.
