The Christmas theme at the White House for 2025 is 'Home Is Where the Heart Is'. This theme highlights family and patriotism.
One and a half thousand people are responsible for decorating the White House. Inside the White House, there are 51 Christmas trees, 75 wreaths, around 2,000 stand lights, over 700 feet of flower garlands, 25,000 feet of ribbons, 2,800 golden stars, and 10,000 butterflies for room decoration.

This innovative decoration is mainly to showcase American traditions. America's national flag has been used in the decoration, keeping in mind the country's 250th Independence Day.
Each room inside the White House has been decorated keeping American tradition in mind. A massive Christmas tree has been placed in the Blue Room. The entire tree is decorated with small lights. At the very top of the tree is America's Golden Eagle.
The East Room has been decorated with red, white, and blue flags. These three colours are seen in America's national flag. Actually, the Blue Room has been decorated to pay respect to the families of soldiers serving in the American military who died in war.

Blue butterflies reside here. Actually, the White House's Red Room has been decorated with children in mind. Children are like flowers. Just as a tree grows, children develop in the same way. Therefore, the Christmas tree in this room has been decorated with thousands of butterflies.
The Green Room has also been decorated. It has been decorated with a 'Family Fun' theme. There is a picture of America's first President, George Washington. At the same time, there is also a picture of the current President Donald Trump. Various items for children to play with have been placed in this room.
Earlier in 2020, the Trump couple had celebrated Christmas at the White House. After a long 5 years, they will celebrate Christmas again at this White House. The White House has been decorated since December 1st. The dining room has been decorated with a replica White House. This replica White House has been made with bread.
