Bangladesh's interim government has condemned the attack on Chhayanat. Cultural Adviser Mostafa Sarwar Farooki came to inspect Chhayanat's building on Friday afternoon. According to Bangladeshi media sources, he said that work is underway to identify the culprits by examining CCTV camera footage. He also asked to quickly restart the institution after calculating the damage and carrying out repairs. He said that the Bangladesh government will provide financial assistance in this regard.
