Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar 2, starring Ranveer Singh, continues to dominate Indian theatres following its release on March 19, with paid previews on March 18. The spy action thriller has become the first Bollywood film to surpass ₹1000 crore in India.
The film has set new box office records. But its daily collections are slowing in the third week. Even so, it is still a big commercial success. It continues to be widely discussed in the film industry.
Box office update
According to Sacnilk, the film earned ₹7.90 crore on its third Wednesday, down from ₹10 crore each on the previous two days. This marks the first time the film has earned in single digits.
