Her outstanding performances in shows like 'Single Papa' and 'Perfect Family' have been praised repeatedly. Actress Neha Dhupia recently revealed in an interview that despite having talent, the industry doesn't always provide good work opportunities. She has been without work for almost three to four years. Being confined at home, she would sometimes break down and cry.

Dhupia says, "It feels very bad when there's no work in hand. Even after being in the industry for 20 years, when I don't get work, it makes me sad. Sometimes I even cry. I don't want to create a sob story by saying this. Because I love working in films. I feel it never disappoints me."

Neha believes actors in the industry should always have thick skin. But losing projects and facing constant criticism is quite difficult. "The most important thing is when you don't have work in hand, you see everyone around you working. The only difference between me and a new artist is that I know how to get out of such situations. I have faced such things many times."

The actress revealed that when she had no work for three or four years, she had become exhausted. But by God's grace, she was never unemployed. She gets impatient from time to time.

The actress known very popularly for being a part of the Roadies franchise says, "Work is essential in life. Sometimes I don't understand what's going on in life."
