Bollywood's Greek god Hrithik Roshan's fitness has always been a topic of discussion around the town. Even at 51, his beauty and fitness put 25-year-olds to shame. The actor has maintained a body that inspires both fans and fitness enthusiasts. But how does Hrithik stay so fit? What does he eat to maintain such a sculpted physique?
Hrithik has revealed that he doesn’t follow any crash diet or strict regimen. Instead, he takes a very simple and conscious approach to eating, which provides his body with necessary energy, strengthens muscles, and helps control hunger. Recently, he posted a picture of his plate on Instagram, captioned, “New motto. Eat less love better. But make the plate look huge.”

From the Instagram post, it is clear that Hrithik’s plate contains various types of vegetables and light protein foods, but all in very small quantities. His point is that large amounts of food are not needed to feel full. By taking small portions of various foods on a large plate, even though the meal has fewer calories, the brain feels satisfied, and the stomach feels full.
Hrithik’s personal chef, Shubham Vishwakarma, revealed in an interview that the actor does not eat large meals at once. Instead, he consumes small portions at short intervals, generally every two and a half to three hours throughout the day.
A balanced diet is crucial for Hrithik. His meals consciously maintain a balance of protein, healthy fats, fibre, and carbohydrates. He finishes his dinner by 9 PM.

His diet includes eggs and chicken, which support muscle building, and he prefers seafood to meet his omega-3 fatty acid requirements. Additionally, high-fibre foods such as lentils, kidney beans, quinoa, oats, and vegetables form part of his menu to improve digestion.
