Mumbai Police probe links Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi and other Bollywood celebrities to Dawood Ibrahim’s Dubai parties

A Mumbai Police investigation has revealed that several Bollywood celebrities, including Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi, allegedly attended high-profile parties linked to Dawood Ibrahim’s network.

Reports of Dawood Ibrahim's secret links with the political world had surfaced earlier. But it has now emerged that the underworld don allegedly had connections not just in politics, but in Bollywood too. Names of several film stars, including Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi, have reportedly figured on the guest list of Dawood's exclusive parties. Recently, Mumbai Police busted a drug syndicate whose operations were allegedly controlled by Salim Dola, said to be Dawood Ibrahim's right-hand man.

The entire network was controlled from Dubai. The son of Salim Dola, Taher Dola, was arrested in Dubai, and his interrogation has provided the police with several key leads. Taher is said to have told investigators that many models and actors regularly attended Dawood's parties.

Taher also made the arrangements for such meetings, sometimes in Dubai and sometimes out of the country. He reportedly confessed to the police that he supplied drugs at such meetings. The police got to know from him that Shraddha, Nora, Orry, film director duo Abbas–Mustan among several others, were the attendees.

A list of party attendees has now been prepared, and notices are expected to be issued to each one of them by the crime branch, according to police sources. So far, there is no response from teams representing Shraddha, Nora, or any of the other celebrities.
