The trailer of Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Dhurandhar 2) was dropped today on Saturday, offering audiences a first look at the intense next chapter of the action thriller. The film features Ranveer as undercover agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who operates deep inside the criminal underworld under the alias Hamza Ali Mazari.
The trailer shows his rise as the new Sher-e-Baloch and his growing influence as the undisputed king of Lyari. The character’s transformation follows the events of the first instalment, where Ranveer’s character eliminates Rahman Dakait, played by Akshaye Khanna.
Soon after the trailer dropped, social media platforms were flooded with reactions from fans and film personalities praising Ranveer’s fierce on-screen presence.

Several members of the film industry took to social media to applaud the trailer and Ranveer’s performance.

Hrithik Roshan wrote, “Too too good. Killing it,” adding heart, fire and clap emojis in the comments section.
Alia Bhatt shared the trailer on Instagram and wrote, “Beast mode on!!! This trailer is out of control!”
Vedang Raina reacted with a GIF that read “Absolute cinema.”
Vicky Kaushal commented, “Absolute madness!!! Mubarakaan in advance.”

Releasing this March 19
Initially, Dhurandhar: The Revenge was scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the festive period of Eid, Gudi Padwa and Ugadi.
The film was earlier expected to clash with Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, headlined by Yash. However, the makers later announced that the release date had been postponed. The film will now arrive in cinemas on June 4, 2026.
