Rajkumar recently announced that a sequel to the film is coming. It has been learned that there will be no changes in the casting of the main characters. Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are set to pair up on screen once again. Sharman Joshi and R Madhavan will continue in the roles of Raju and Farhan as before.

According to sources, there won't be significant changes to the screenplay either. Shooting is reportedly set to begin around the middle of next year. Audiences are already excited to hear the news of Three Idiots' sequel. However, when the film will be released is still unknown.
