Punjabi singer Harman Sidhu died in a road accident late Friday evening while travelling from Mansa to his native village Khiala. According to PNC News, his vehicle collided with a truck, leaving him fatally injured on the spot. Police officials confirmed that the impact of the collision was of such a degree as to cause instant death. The exact sequence of events that led to the crash is being investigated.
As per a report by the Hindustan Times, Sidhu's body was taken to Mansa Civil Hospital for post-mortem examination after the accident. His family was informed soon after the authorities identified him. The police further said that more details will be available once the inquiry progresses. This remains a developing story.

Harman Sidhu gained fame with his hit cassette song Paper Te Pyaar, making him a household name in Punjabi music. Past controversy
As per the report by Hindustan Times, in 2018, Sidhu was arrested along with his friends for drug possession. They were remanded to one day of police custody. At the time, police spokesperson Surjeet Singh had said that Sidhu admitted to being a drug addict for several months and had been procuring drugs from a Delhi-based Nigerian national.
