The BJP rally at Brigade Parade Ground has not started yet, but workers and supporters have been gathering since morning. The party has arranged food for attendees at Sealdah and Howrah stations and Babughat. West Bengal BJP president Samik Bhattacharya was also seen personally serving rice to the supporters.
