Rain and gusty winds likely in Delhi
The national capital is expected to witness a partly cloudy sky on Sunday, along with the possibility of very light rainfall. Thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds reaching 40-50 kmph, with gusts up to 60 kmph, may also occur in isolated pockets.
The IMD has forecast the maximum temperature to remain between 35C and 37C, while the minimum temperature is likely to stay around 28.8C.

After Monday, rainfall activity in Delhi is expected to ease. However, the city is likely to continue experiencing partly to generally cloudy conditions until Saturday, June 27.
The IMD's weekly outlook suggests a gradual rise in temperatures during the second half of the week. Maximum temperatures may hover between 37C and 40C, while minimum temperatures are expected to remain within the 25C to 29C range.
Heavy rain alert for parts of East India
Across eastern India, rainfall is likely over Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal. The IMD has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated locations in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds may also affect parts of Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha.

In northern India, light to moderate rainfall is expected over Jammu and Kashmir, while isolated showers and thunderstorms may occur in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan.

Western India is likely to see stronger monsoon activity, especially across Konkan and Goa, where widespread rainfall has been forecast. Gujarat, Maharashtra, Marathwada and Saurashtra-Kutch may also receive scattered showers.
In the south, widespread rain is expected over Kerala, Lakshadweep and Coastal Karnataka, with heavy rainfall likely at isolated places. Telangana is set to receive more widespread monsoon showers, while parts of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema may witness scattered rain, thunderstorms and gusty winds.
