Chennai Super Kings put the fight on fire against Sunrisers Hyderabad, but lost the momentum going into the end and SRH pulled back CSK and they won the match by 10 runs. CSK failed to gear up in the middle and could only put 65 runs in 7-15 overs, which went wrong for them. Matthew Short tried to hold the innings and fell short scoring 34 runs in 30 balls only.
Where did the yellow army go wrong?
After pulling back, SRH on 194 runs, CSK started confidently and then they failed to make any kind of partnership, the only 50-run partnership came because of Ruturaj and Ayush Mhatre’s blitz, After that, no one played with a good strike rate and also failed to hold a grip on the pitch. No 50 runs partnership was formed and falling wickets didn’t stop and that led CSK to lose grip on the match despite having a good position.
