It's possible to make tasty fish fry only if you prepare it at least a day in advance. But you can make hot prawn fritters. This crispy fry will change your mood. You can enjoy hot prawn fritters with tea or coffee. When guests arrive at home, you can prepare this dish in very little time. It takes only 30 minutes.

Method of Making Prawn Fritters

Ingredients

8-10 tiger prawns, half a teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon green chili paste, 5 teaspoons cornflour, 1 teaspoon coriander leaf paste, 1 egg, half a teaspoon baking powder, salt to taste and white oil as required.

Method

Peel and clean the prawns thoroughly. Marinate the prawns with salt, green chilli paste, pepper powder and garlic paste. You can keep the prawns marinated for 30 minutes. Prepare another batter for frying the prawns. In a bowl, mix egg, cornflour, baking powder, green chilli paste, coriander leaf paste and salt together. Make sure the mixture is not too thick. Now dip the marinated prawns in the egg batter. Then deep fry the prawns in oil until crispy. The prawn fritters are ready. You can serve the prawn fritters with kasundi or mayonnaise.
