You can go by train. The nearest railway station is Malbazar. There are multiple trains from Kolkata to Malbazar.
You can also go by road. From Malbazar, you first need to reach Chalsa. From there, you can go to Paren by shared or reserved jeep. Though it's a hilly road, the journey is very pleasant.
