Social media posts claiming that former Brazil footballer Kaká has died at the age of 43 are false. No official statement, medical report or any kind of confirmation from family members, football authorities or credible media outlets supports any of these claims.
The rumours circulated widely online over the past few days, with some posts alleging that the former World Cup winner died due to cardiac arrest. These claims when verified properly turned out to be incorrect. Kaká is alive and has made public appearances in recent months, including participation in exhibition and charity matches.
