The NBA All-Star Game 2026 is set to bring nostalgia with LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant reuniting on Team USA Stripes. The mid-season showcase will be held on February 15 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, and will debut a new USA vs World-inspired format, moving away from the traditional East vs West clash.

Alongside the veteran-heavy Team USA Stripes, the NBA has formed Team USA Stars, featuring younger All-Stars who represent the league’s future. This creates a clear contrast between experience and youthful energy within the American contingent. Meanwhile, Team World showcases the NBA’s global rise, packed with elite international players who have become franchise leaders across the league.
Different format to follow
This year’s All-Star event features three teams, two from the United States and one representing international stars. Instead of a single game, the teams will compete in a short round-robin tournament, with 12-minute games designed to increase pace and competitiveness. The top two teams will then meet in a final to decide the All-Star champions.
