This problem is not confined to any particular city. Complaints suggest that Airtel's mobile internet issues have been observed in various cities across India. Apart from Kolkata, these complaints have come from Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and several other cities. Complaints indicate that problems have been observed not only with Airtel's mobile internet but also with Airtel's broadband services.
Users complain that the internet remains down on Tuesday after Monday as well. No measures have been taken by the company. Some complain that even when internet connectivity is available intermittently, it keeps going down at regular intervals. While there have been problems with mobile internet and broadband services, no complaints have emerged regarding messages or phone calls.
However, Airtel authorities have not spoken about this matter until Tuesday.
