Kolkata Metro services were disrupted even on Sunday morning after a passenger jumped onto the tracks at Rabindra Sarobar station around 10:45 am. Metro operations were immediately suspended following the incident. The passenger was later rescued and given medical treatment. Due to disruptions on the Blue Line up line, metro services are currently operating only between Maidan and Dakshineswar.
