West Bengal rain alert

The forecast indicates thundershowers and gusty winds in parts of Gangetic West Bengal, while Sub-Himalayan regions may also witness thunderstorms and lightning. Authorities have urged residents to stay updated with official advisories.

Travellers across West Bengal, especially in Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, North and South 24 Parganas, East and West Midnapore, are advised to plan journeys cautiously due to the IMD’s rain and thunderstorm alert.
