Even though no student from Jhargram district featured in this year’s Madhyamik top 10 merit list, students across the Jangalmahal region have delivered an impressive performance in the examination. The Madhyamik results, published on Friday, reflected strong outcomes from both Jhargram and West Midnapore districts, with several tribal students emerging as standout achievers.

In Jhargram district, the overall pass percentage stood at 86.83 per cent. Students from tribal communities performed notably well, drawing attention to the steady academic progress in remote areas of the district.
