The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the Class 12 results by the end of April. Students can access their results on the board's official websites as well as DigiLocker and mobile applications, according to NDTV.
Steps to access the marksheet
Students need to navigate to the official CBSE results portal, which is results.cbse.nic.in
Then they shall select the link titled "CBSE Class 12 results 2026".
Following that, students shall provide the necessary information, such as roll number, institution number, and admit card ID.

They have to input the information to check their marks after entering their details.
Students can save or print the marksheet for later use.
Passing marks and rechecking
Students are required to score at least 33% in total and in every single subject. Those who do not fulfil this requirement in one or two subjects can take the compartment examination.

Following the declaration of results, CBSE will issue a detailed timetable to verify marks (re-assessment) and obtain photocopies of evaluated answer sheets. If a student is dissatisfied with their results, they have the option to apply for re-evaluation before the cutoff date and remit the fee.
