JEE Advanced 2026 admit card released: Here’s how to download it

The entrance examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 18, 2026, for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has released the admit cards for JEE Advanced 2026 on May 11. Candidates who have registered for the examination can now download their hall tickets from the official website, JEE Advanced official website.

The entrance examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 18, 2026, for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Only candidates who qualified in JEE Main are eligible to appear for the Advanced examination.

How to download the admit card

Candidates can access their hall tickets by logging into the official portal using their registration number, date of birth, and registered mobile number or email ID.

To download the admit card:

Visit the official website, jeeadv.ac.in

Click on the “JEE Advanced 2026 Admit Card” link on the homepage

Enter registration details and login credentials

Submit the details

Download and print the admit card for future use

The admit card is a mandatory document for entry into the examination hall. Candidates must also carry a valid photo identity proof on the exam day.

Exam schedule and important instructions

IIT Roorkee will conduct the examination in two compulsory shifts on May 18.

Paper 1: 9 am to noon

Paper 2: 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Candidates are required to appear for both papers. Missing either Paper 1 or Paper 2 may lead to disqualification from the evaluation process.

The JEE Advanced 2026 admit card contains important details related to the candidate and examination centre, including name, roll number, photograph, signature, reporting time and exam venue address.
