The aftermath of Don 3 seems to be edging closer to some kind of solution, as new reports have revealed that Ranveer Singh has decided to pay back his signing money, which is estimated to be about ₹10 crore, after he opted out of the eagerly awaited movie.
As per a report published in the Free Press Journal, the actor has also offered to give a portion of his earnings to the banner of Farhan Akhtar, known as Excel Entertainment, in his upcoming movie named Pralaay. However, no details have been released regarding this deal yet.

What triggered the Don 3 fallout
The conflict can be dated to the period when Singh quit Don 3, a movie which was at the early stage of its development. As stated by media sources, the production company had spent a lot on the pre-production of the film, including its scheduling, with the consent of the actor.
It is believed that Excel Entertainment sought reimbursement of up to ₹40 crore due to the loss suffered because of quitting the role. At the same time, reasons behind the refusal to participate in filming have been associated with dissatisfaction with the script and lack of the final version of the movie.
