Dhurandhar continues to gain momentum at the box office, and one moment from the film is trending across all social media platform and the hearts of the fans and that is Akshaye Khanna’s viral entry scene, where the actor unexpectedly breaks into a brief dance. According to actor Danish Pandor, who also stars in the film, the dance moment was entirely improvised.
Pandor, who plays Uzair Baloch in the Aditya Dhar–directed spy thriller, told Filmygyan that the fan-favourite sequence was never choreographed. In his words, “He did all of that on his own. Full choreography was happening and in the middle of that Akshaye sir asked Aditya, ‘can I dance?’ Aditya said, ‘whatever you feel like doing.’ So everyone is dancing and he looks at everyone and then he starts dancing on his own. And we were all awestruck.”
