Born in New Delhi, Shah Rukh spent the first five years of his life in Mangalore between 1965 and 1970, where he lived with his grandfather, Ifthikar Ahmed.
As he took the stage, the actor greeted the audience with a “namaskara” in Kannada and thanked fans for their warm welcome.
