Ahead of the release of his latest movie 'Border 2', actor Varun Dhawan shared a video of himself dancing to the popular song 'ghar kab aaoge' alongside his co-actor Ahan Shetty and Indian Navy officers.
The video was shared on Instagram in which Varun, Ahan and Indian Navy officers dance together and are full of smiles. The reel is captioned, "Humare veer #navyofficers #insvikrant #border2."

In one scene, Varun can be seen chanting "Bharat Maata ki Jai" with women Navy officers.
Preparing for the role
In the film, Varun Dhawan will be seen in a completely different avatar as he portrays Colonel Hoshiar Singh Dahiya, Based on the life experiences of the real-life hero, Varun earlier penned a note on Instagram about how he sought the blessings of the Dahiya family for his upcoming role in the 'Border 2' movie.
In the Instagram post, Varun expresses his gratitude and paying respects to Colonel Dahiya's family.
"Deeply honoured to meet PVC Hoshiar Singh Dahiya’s wife Smt. Dhano Devi ji and his son Colonel Sushil Kumar Dahiya, receiving their blessings to carry forward the legacy of PVC Hoshiar Singh Dahiya is an incredible honour. I am truly and deeply grateful. Jai Hind," Varun wrote.
To prepare for his role in the movie, the actor underwent extensive training to improve his physical abilities of strength, endurance and mobility. In an interview recently, Varun explained that even performing a military character on-screen required a great deal of discipline both physically and mentally.

'Border 2' cast
Apart from Varun Dhawan, the movie features Sunny Deol, Sonam Bajwa, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh and Medha Rana. Directed by Anurag Singh, the movie will be released on January 23.
