BTS member Jungkook has addressed fan behaviour during a recent Weverse livestream, asking viewers to respect his personal boundaries after repeated comments urging him to go to sleep.
The singer went live following BTS' sold-out concerts in Madrid on June 26 and 27, spending time chatting with fans, enjoying a drink and reacting to online videos. However, as viewers repeatedly encouraged him to end the livestream and get some rest, Jungkook responded by explaining his long-standing struggles with sleep.
"I'm sorry, but please don't tell me to go to bed. Don't tell me to go to bed. I'll sleep when I decide to," Jungkook said during the livestream.

Jungkook opens up about sleep struggles
The singer clarified that his late-night schedule was not a sign of overworking himself but rather a routine he has lived with for years. According to Jungkook, falling asleep has never come easily, and he often requires medication to help him rest.
"I appreciate that you're worried about me, and I know you're saying it because you care, but I'm not sleepy. I have to take medication to sleep. I just can't fall asleep," he said.
Please, let Jungkook live his life 😔
