Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, has completed 100 days in theatres, marking yet another milestone in what has become one of Indian cinema's biggest commercial successes. The film's producers, Jio Studios, celebrated the achievement with a special social media post, while trade figures show the Aditya Dhar directorial has crossed ₹1,800 crore in worldwide gross collections.
The official Instagram handle of Jio Studios commemorated the occasion on Friday with a post that read, "100 days since theatres echoed with 'Honsla Eendhan Badla'." The phrase, which emerged as one of the film's defining dialogues, has since become synonymous with the franchise's popularity among audiences.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge released in theatres on March 19, 2026, following the success of Dhurandhar, which hit cinemas in December 2025. The sequel chronicles the rise of Hamza Ali Mazari, played by Ranveer Singh, within Karachi's Lyari gang network following the death of Rehman Dakait, portrayed by Akshaye Khanna, in the first film.
The film also explores the transformation of Jaskirat Singh Rangi, an Indian spy operating on a covert mission in Pakistan, into the feared Hamza Ali Mazari.
The ensemble cast includes Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Danish Pandor, Gaurav Gera and Rakesh Bedi in pivotal roles.
The success of the franchise has also extended to streaming platforms. Dhurandhar: Raw and Undekha, the extended and uncensored version of the first film, premiered internationally on Netflix and JioHotstar in May, while Raw & Undekha – The Revenge, featuring the sequel's uncut version and behind-the-scenes footage, debuted on JioHotstar on June 4 and later on Netflix on June 19.

Earlier this year, actor Yami Gautam, wife of filmmaker Aditya Dhar, reflected on the massive success of the franchise during an interview with Grazia India. She said the commercial triumph had not changed Dhar's personality or approach to filmmaking.
"Nothing has changed us as people. That also comes from Aditya and the kind of person he is — very unaffected and extremely humble," Yami Gautam told Grazia India.
As Dhurandhar 2 completes 100 days in theatres, the franchise continues to establish itself as one of contemporary Indian cinema's biggest box-office success stories.
