Karen faces Fiskās threats
After last weekās cliffhanger, Karen Page is shown in jail after being captured by the Anti-Vigilante Task Force head Powell. She goes through a humiliating process while being checked in and is then put into a holding cell.
Soon after, she comes face-to-face with Wilson Fisk, creating a rare and intense scene between them. Even when Fisk threatens to put her on trial, Karen stays fearless and does not get scared.
āYou know Iāve never seen you scared before,ā Karen mocks the recent widower. āI kind of like it.ā
Jessica Jones returns with big reveal
Then the story moves to Jessica Jones, who brings important information. She wakes up CIA agent Mr. Charles and questions him for attacking her and her daughter at home. During this, it is confirmed that Jessica is with Luke Cage and Danielle is their daughter.
This was not a big surprise for fans, but it is good to get clear confirmation. It is also revealed that Luke is one of the super-powered people Mr. Charles has recruited, though his real plan is still unknown.
āDonāt forget,ā he teases, āIām the only one who can connect you with Luke⦠[Heās] overseas, doing the lordās work.ā
Fiskās deadly plan revealed
Mr. Charles is involved in illegal weapons deals with Fisk, or at least wants to be, but Fisk has already double-crossed him. This raises questions about what Luke and his team are doing overseas. Are they fighting somewhere, dealing with crime, or facing someone powerful like the Power Broker? For now, there are no clear answers.
Instead, Charles reveals that he believes Fisk is planning to kill New York Governor Marge McCaffrey, who is trying to remove him from power. Jessica quickly passes this information to Matt and then leaves.
Bullseyeās redemption attempt
The show does not give Jessica Jones much importance, but Bullseye gets a big moment. After getting new information, Matt decides to free him and gives him a chance to change. Instead of taking revenge for killing Foggy Nelson, Matt tells him to save a life. That life is Governor Marge, who is attacked in Albany, but Bullseye kills the attacker and saves her.
At the same time, while Matt and Bullseye are planning this, another familiar character returnsādetective Brett Mahoney. He was once a police officer who helped Matt and Foggy and even got credit for catching The Punisher. Now a detective, he is still shown as a good and trusted cop who supports the main characters.
Matt hints at secret plan before Karenās trial
To show he is a friend, Brett Mahoney lets Karen out of jail for a short time, where she meets Daredevil in an alley. With her trial coming soon, Karen feels there is no way out, but Matt tells her he has a plan.
The show makes it look like Matt is going to kill Kingpin to stop the trial, but that is not really his plan.
Shocking death and Mattās big move
One of the most shocking moments happens when Daniel Blake is killed, suddenly ending his story. At the same time, Matt Murdock takes a bold step by revealing himself in court, creating a powerful moment that could change the whole case.
Heather Glenn finally returns to the story and shares a serious conversation with Wilson Fisk about grief. Fisk also reveals that he knows she stole jewellery during Vanessaās wake, but surprisingly, he does not react angrily and even gives her the matching piece.
Later, Heather meets Karen and tests her with a psychological quiz, but she changes the results to make Karen look unstable. The scene turns intense when Heather suddenly slaps Karen, making things even more dramatic.
As Karenās trial begins, things look difficult for her lawyer Kirsten McDuffie. But Matt surprises everyone by appearing in court, revealing himself instead of attacking Fisk.
āMatthew Murdock for the defense, your honor,ā Matt says as the courtroom erupts.
This moment is huge because Fisk had earlier made Matt look like a hero, which now works in his favor. However, danger still follows as Matt is later attacked, and Jessica returns once again to support him.

Daniel killed after saving BB
The story also shows Daniel Blake and BB Urich going to Staten Island. After finding out that BB is the one leaking information, Buck plans to kill her. Daniel takes her with him and at first seems confused about what to do. He tells her he will take her to a safe place, but actually drives her to where Buck is waiting. At the last moment, Daniel changes his mind, gives her his phone, and tells her to run away.
After that, Daniel goes back and tells Buck the truth. Buck then tortures and kills Daniel. This ends Danielās story in a very shocking way. All the theories about him being important or connected to Fisk turn out to be wrong, and he becomes another victim of Kingpinās rule.
