Rajpal Yadav lands key role in Salman Khan film with Nayanthara amid Rs 9 crore case

Rajpal Yadav is facing legal trouble, but his career is getting better again. He is dealing with a Rs 9-crore cheque bounce case, yet he has got an important role in Salman Khan’s next big film.

The upcoming movie, called SVC63, is already creating excitement because of its big cast and grand scale. It stars Salman Khan and Nayanthara in lead roles and is directed by Vamshi Paidipally, making it a very interesting project.

A Bollywood Hungama report stated, "Salman Khan has cast Rajpal Yadav to play a key role in this action-packed entertainer. Rajpal will be playing Salman Khan's right-hand man in the film and will share a strong dynamic bond throughout the story. It's one of the most important characters, and the casting has happened on merit. Salman is very fond of Rajpal and feels that he fits the bill to the T for his particular part."

In the movie, Rajpal Yadav will reportedly be shown as Salman Khan’s close helper.

Rajpal Yadav plays a crucial role in SVC63

This big action film is produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations and marks the first time Salman Khan is working with director Vamshi Paidipally.

According to NDTV reports, sources say the shooting is happening on a huge set in Mumbai, where major action scenes and important parts of the story are being filmed.

The full cast and crew will be announced soon. The film is planned as a high-energy action drama with emotional moments and is expected to release in theatres in 2027.

A reunion that promises entertainment

This film brings Rajpal Yadav and Salman Khan together again after movies like Partner and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. People loved their comedy before, and this film is expected to show that again in a new way. Rajpal’s role will have a strong comic touch, which could become one of the best parts of the film.

According to NDTV reports, a source added, "Rajpal is excited to reunite with Salman Khan. The duo has worked together on several cult films, including the likes of Partner (Chotta Don) and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (Chotta Pandit). This one, too, has a unique character trait for Rajpal, and the comic angle will bring the house down with laughter”.

The film, produced by Dil Raju, is being made on a big scale with lots of action and emotional scenes. Shooting is going on in Mumbai on large sets, and it is expected to release in theatres in 2027. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the movie aims to mix entertainment with a strong story.
