A 14-year-old girl from Pilkhuwa in Hapur district was allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted for nearly two weeks after being lured to a friend's house on November 13, 2025. According to police, the minor was given a cold drink suspected to be spiked with sedatives, after which she lost consciousness and was taken captive.
As per reports, the girl was confined in a room and repeatedly assaulted by her friend's father, Ashish, along with two others identified as Naresh and Hemant. She was allegedly kept under sedation, assaulted and threatened, preventing her from seeking help during the 12 days.

The girl's family lodged a missing persons complaint on November 14 when she did not return home. On the 12th day, a breakthrough came on November 25, when local residents informed police about a semi-conscious minor found in Naresh's house in Gandhi Bazaar. She was immediately taken to a hospital, as she faced so much physical and psychological torment. She later recounted the events to authorities.
Ongoing police investigation
Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh termed the case "highly sensitive" and said a detailed investigation is underway. Medical examination reports and forensic evidence are being collected to support the allegations.
The SP also acknowledged the family's concerns regarding delays at the initial stage of the missing complaint.
Police registered a case under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including sections related to sexual assault and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Acting on the SP's direction, teams arrested Naresh and Hemant on November 29. Ashish and his daughter, who allegedly played a role in bringing the victim to the house, remain at large. Raids are continuing in multiple locations.
The victim's family depends on her mother's income due to her father's prolonged illness. The mother expressed relief that she was found, but sought swift action to ensure the arrest of the remaining accused.
Investigators are examining how the girl was moved, the duration of her confinement, and whether others may have been involved.
