How to make orange ginger shots at home?

Take 2 medium-sized carrots. Peel and cut them into small pieces. Take one orange and half an inch of ginger. Make a paste of the three ingredients together in a mixer and strain it. Fill these orange ginger shot in small glass bottles or jars and keep in the fridge. Dr. Sethi has informed that this drink can be kept in the fridge for up to three days. However, you should not consume more than 30-50 milliliters of this orange ginger shot per day.
